I, Tanya Fedorischeva and our body care experts, obstetrician-gynecologist will help you go through this exciting 9-month journey with enjoyment!
The course includes

- Full training sessions in a "repeat after me" format
- Classes up to 30 minutes
- Equipment: fitness ball, elastic bands, 2 dumbbells 2-3kg, chair, wall.
